The alchemical ritual associated with filtering false and unworthy material, or in the case of Affirm This, negative thoughts about oneself. The use of I Am as a filtering tool carries a different vibrational flavor than “I think” “I feel” “I analyze” and is typically a rejection of the masculine rational mind. Commonly the phrase “Salt of the Earth” is used to represent everything that is wholesome and pure about a persons character and in the separation ritual, sodium carbonate is separated from the water and was commonly found in the lake beds of Egypt. This is the reclamation of all that was rejected or endowed upon me by church, school, parents, partners, the internet, and who ever else. Whoever told me I was a sinner and imperfect, whoever told me I was incomplete, whoever told me that was ugly, dumb, or the worst.

In this vibration I freestyled the lyrics because screaming is a heavy filtration process. Words are chosen carefully and only some things are actually worth screaming out loud. Only some things are even natural to scream. For me screaming positive things was what happened. This is when I realized I wanted to separate myself from negative thinking and screaming was a more powerful way to cleanse my brain, though the plaque built on it needed some steel wool.

There are no studies that prove brainwashing is real- mostly because it is unfalsifiable- meaning if someone is brainwashed then it would de-brainwashing them would be the same process as brainwashing them. Most studying will show when people are no coerced or threatened they will not obey orders anymore and will think for themselves.
